Class Attire:
- Athletic pants you can freely move in. Short skirts are not recommended (tennis skorts are fine)
- Non-grip socks, barefoot, or dance shoes. *Tennis shoes and grip socks are not recommended
- Crop tops, form-fitting athletic wear, or sports bras. It helps to see muscle groups in the mirror and for the instructor to help you make adjustments.
- Layers are great - You'll warm up quickly, but may want a cozy sweater for the cooldown meditation.
What to Bring:
- Water
- Zills/Finger Cymbals (available for purchase in class)
- Yoga Mat (especially if you need knee support while stretching on the floor)
- Hip Scarf or coin scarf
